We hope you adore what you ordered but understand that not every piece will fit exactly like you had hoped! While we do our best to inform you on fit of each item, sometimes it just doesn't work. No problem! Here is our return policy:
Items are returned for store credit only. Store credit is issued for the purchase price of the item minus the cost of shipping. If you received free shipping on your order but return said order, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Qualified returns and exchanges will be accepted if postmarked within 7 days of your receipt of the order or 9 days from order date if local pickup. You must request a return prior to returning items to verify that your item(s) is eligible for return. If you would like to make an exchange, request a return and add what you would like to exchange for in the notes.
- Returned items must be in original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, and original tags attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, smell of smoke, pet or other odors, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
- Damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving items by return request and we will contact you for more information. We are not responsible for items that have been damaged once worn or washed.
- NON-ELIGIBLE Items: Any item purchased on sale or using a discount code, Deal of the Day, bralettes, leggings, jewelry, and socks.
- Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense. After 30 days all non-returnable merchandise will be donated. For additional information on returns, or if you have a question that wasn’t answered, please contact us.
- Returns are processed within 3 business days upon receipt of item(s). Store credit will be issued via email in the form of a Rove Boutique Gift Card. Store credit will be in the amount of the purchase price of the items minus the cost of shipping. If you received free shipping on your order the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. How to submit a return request:
1. Use the REQUEST A RETURN button below.
2. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from Rove and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Come back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
3. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
4. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
5. Select a return reason. Add a note for the store if:
- You would like to make an exchange. Add this request and requested item to the notes.
- You are local and will be returning by drop off.
- You have any additional comments.
6. Click request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with return instructions and a return shipping label. If you are local and will be returning by drop off, add this to the notes. After the product is returned, you receive your store credit as a Rove Boutique gift card via email. x
